Prices
Every event gets a fixed, all-inclusive quote built around your guests, hours and venue. Here's what affects the price and what you always get.
What affects the price
The biggest factor. Each table comes with its own croupier, so more tables means more staff. Most events book between two and five.
Two to three hours of gaming suits most events. Longer hire is available for all-night parties and tournaments.
Where your venue is, how far it is to unload, stairs and lift access all affect setup time.
Branded tables, personalised fun money, props, themes and a prize table are all optional.
Always included
Price match promise. Find a like-for-like quote cheaper and we'll match it. Weekday and off-peak rates are available too.
Planner
One table for every 20 to 30 guests keeps everyone playing without queues.
Example packages
Every package is tailored. These examples show how tables, staff and extras come together for different group sizes.

Questions
Two events rarely need the same thing. A 40-guest birthday at home and a 300-guest awards dinner need very different setups, so we quote each event individually. Your quote is fixed, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
Usually within the hour. Send your date, venue and guest numbers and we'll come back with availability and an exact price.
Yes. If you find a like-for-like quote cheaper, we'll match it.
Often, yes. Weekday and off-peak rates are available, so a Thursday party or a January event can cost less than a Saturday in December.
Travel is included across most of the UK. If your venue is remote, any supplement is confirmed up front in your quote.
As a rule of thumb, one table for every 20 to 30 guests keeps everyone playing without long waits. Use the guide on this page to work it out.
Tell us your date, venue and guest numbers. We'll reply with availability and a fixed quote.
